Most resolutions end up being difficult things to follow through on, as most of us know by now! In order to achieve any goal your mind has to be in the right place. You can see this purpose in small ways throughout your life. When you look at the events of your life and see that a subsequent thing could not have happened without the thing that preceded it. That this particular event could not have happened if a certain “thing” had not happened to cause it.

Getting old isn’t for sissies is a saying that my mom and dad had framed on the wall in their home. When I was young it was a just a joke we laughed about. But now at age 75 I have come to know the true meaning of that phrase as I see it from my parents point of view.
